I definitely think it's a product that's needed. I have shrunk three sweaters in my life, two of them were cashmere. I've had the cashmere sweaters on the top shelf in my laundry room for 3-4 years. I hate to throw them away and I guess I'm hoping one day they will magically be back to normal size. Now I have a solution!

A decent merino wool, cashmere, or angora sweater/jumper is a major investment. The wool alone starts at $300 before adding labor and shipping. $800 for a blanket would be low to average. I would buy this product today as an insurance policy the same way I keep tins of re-proofing oil for my oilskin raincoats. Unfortunately their website says they are sold out so they are not trading right now.

These people are definetly way too rich to understand this problem. Whenever i wash my clothes wether it´s jeans, shorts or whatever they always shrink back. Ususally after a while they come back to normal size through wearing and strectching, but that shortens their lifespan. If this stuff could bring thejm back while protecting the material it´s definetly a great product.
@sandeshvantveen3 ай бұрын
Yes that was my impression as well. They have people do their laundry if they ever even wear the same clothes and if anything shrinks, they won’t know about it. Also, sometimes when going on vacation, laundromats might dry clothes even if you instruct them not to dry certain clothes and they’ll dry it at the highest possible temperature, which can be disastrous for clothes as well.

One of those times when Daymond was the right partner. But Mark gave them exactly their counter-offer, hard to say no to that.
@Whats-Hype3 ай бұрын
Daymond just wanted to license it. 25% to bring someone in to literally just negotiate a deal with someone else is absolutely absurd, no matter who you are. I think no one should ever accept those deals, go negotiate yourself if you want to license, or find the same kind of help at a much cheaper price

This is a ground breaking product for a special group of people who use fabrics that are prone to shrinkage. It's sad that the sharks don't see them making a more conventional laundry washer with this chemical in it to wash and prevent shrinkage. I used to do hiking in New Zealand and wool is a very common product, if you wear wool under clothing, it keeps you warm but if you warm it on it's own it's very well ventilated and keeps you cool.
