Wow! I see a lot of negative comments about this device. I absolutely love it!! I have a large kitchen and entryway/hallway of hardwood and it keeps the whole area perfectly clean. It picks up all debris easily and mops just as well. I also use it to vacuum my hardwood stairs as well. It's so light too. I don't think I've been this pleased with a home cleaning device in my entire life! Highly recommend for small spaces....and large!

I love mine, my family now have their own because they saw mine. The biggest down fall even for me is the trigger. It is such a bad design that you can just flip a switch and that you have to pull it constantly for it to be on. That is why the bad reviews. Great video! My boyfriend bought one of these almost a year ago and for some odd reason it just got put to the side, so as I’m about to use it for the first time I wanted to find a “how-to” video, and this was great and exactly what I was looking for. I used one over my son and daughter in law's house I loved it so they bought me one for Mother's Day. I love it even more bc it's at my house lol. I have 3 cants so this is perfect for cat fur clean up. Only complaint is if your only vacuuming and hit the spray button you need a new pad

How do you empty the stuff you sweep up? Have watched 3 reviews not on of you show how to empty it

😁 Its in the video lol did you see the part where I connect the bottom piece with the pad, and show you it up close? Did you see where I put it in the trash? That's it 😉 Everything is contained in that one piece. That's the beauty of it. No messy container to dump out and clean or bags, everything is in that one piece. Go to 2:31

Mine didn’t come with the magnetic charger. I got a basic charger. However, I LOVE IT!!!

Nobody is saying how to pour the cleaning liquid in that small opening?

It looks small but it was easy plus I still haven't had to replace mine. It's not for whole house cleaning but for quick clean ups so last a while

As I mentioned in the video this is not designed for whole house cleaning. It will be murder if you try to use this to vacuum and mop with this unless you live in a tiny apartment. It is designed to be a fast solution for quick cleans for example vacuuming some crums up in the kitchen or mopping up a spill. If you want a whole home solution I have some videos coming for this. Look at Hoover's new Cordless Vac for vacuum, amzn.to/3alQZwC. For a mop for Hardwood or Tile use Bona amzn.to/3qgr9jb, it's wide and will clean a lot more floor faster and save you time. Just wondering if anyone has come across this problem (user error) with their vacmop. I used an alternate solution and didn't realize it was concentrated and was to be mixed with water. Well, it wouldn't spray. So I thought I'd empty the well where we put the solution and it had turned to goo!!! I was able to get the good out but I think some is stuck in the tubing that sprays. Any ideas what I could do?

I would return it. Start over. Love mine and haven't figured this out.

Can u do a wet mop for a regular size room or is it just for spot cleaning wet mop?

It's for spot cleaning. Depends on the size but it's not designed for cleaning a whole room.

The only thing I found I don't like is having to hold down the vacuum on button. It's a trigger instead of on/off. Nothing else so far

This system definitely is NOT recommended for anyone who suffers with arthritis in ther hands, due to having to hold the trigger down the entire time you vacuum as well as having to steer/control the direction of the head.

Agreed, I mention this in the video. One the only things I hate about it. Not sure why they didn't allow to you just click a button except maybe they didn't want you mopping with the vacuum on, this can mess things up.
