*Couldn't live without it! Does a Wonderful job **MyBest.Tools** cleaning floors of dust bunnies pet hair, kitchen crumbs, etc. Easy to wash, dry and pretty easy to put parts back in place.*

Great review, ordered one yesterday after watching this. It has just arrived today, the base does charge the Battery in the base and the Battery in the vacuum, the light on the side of the base is for it charging the battery in the base and the light on the vacuum power button shows that the vacuum battery is charging. Once the battery in the vacuum is charged it starts charging the one in the base (You will see the vacuum power button light goes solid blue and the base light starts slowing fading in and out) Hope that helps :)

Hi.. I brought the shark cordless hoover today. I brought it for £129.99, which I thought was a good price It has got the bits up from off the kitchen floor, down the sofa. So far very pleased with it 5 ☆☆☆☆☆

The battery storage in the docking station is also a charger so both batteries are always fully charged and the long car attachment fits in nicely between the battery and pet attachment so no need to buy anything extra

Nice review however the base unit DOES charge both batteries at the same time. It does not say this anywhere that I could see in the manual but if you look down the ‘barrel’ of the battery storage base behind where the vacuum sits you can see the terminals for charging.

Hmmm missed a trick there, I thought the stored battery would be getting charged whilst in the holder plus the tools should all have a ‘home’ on the base, pity, could have been a winner !. Excellent review though. Cheers

I have the same vaccum. When i turn it on, it turns off immediatley. Over and over. The vaccum is clean, but I wonder if I have a bad switch maybe. Anyone else have this issue?

Good review - and good tool. But while you mention it in passing, the biggest irritation for me is that the twin battery version means you can either store the pet hair tool OR the extender tool - but not both. Not a great design and really irritating because I can see myself losing one of the attachments as a result. And at £126 (price I bought it for), I resent spending more money to get an extra holder.

I've heard a lot of people say it has no suction so therefore it doesn't work. They've said at first it works brilliantly, this comes from cleaners that I have.They are professional cleaners & they are *SO NOT* impressed.

This product does LOOK good. However, it is hands down the most useless device I have ever bought. The suction appears strong when you place your hand on it, and ion fact we were sold it by the in-store rep deonstrating this. However, in practice, it is barely capable of picking up a breadcrumb. I dont know why this is. We shelled out for the 2 battery model, as it appeared to be such a good product. If you are looking for a portable cleaner that actually works, look elswhere. Most of the alternatives are cheaper, and are surely better than this. Throwing ours out today. No complaints about your review, by the way

I have one of these and it no longer charges either batteries. Wouldn’t buy one again. When it did work it constantly needed emptying and the small filter was forever needing to be cleaned. It’s in the bin now. Don’t buy one!!
