Hey! Glad you enjoyed the vid. I'm not a great freediver, my max breath hold while spearfishing is usually a minute and a half. I just shoot the easy fish 😉 The sharks used to bother me, but like anything you kind of get used to them. If I was alone in the water I'd probably crap myself though 😅

Some Awesome fish & footage their Catherine .... What Go Pro are you using ??
@CatherineSayce2 жыл бұрын
Cheers! I'm using a Hero 7 Black. Probably time for an upgrade though, I think it's from the 9 onwards they have this cool feature called 'hindsight' which means it's always recording in the background, so when you press record it has already pre-recorded 30 seconds prior. Would be so bloody handy for snapper snooping and it would cut down on a bunch of 'nothing' clips at the end of the day's diving. Damn I just think I convinced myself that I need one 😅
@fishhunttotheendoftheearth45152 жыл бұрын
@@CatherineSayce Ha ha Cath .... Theirs nothing wrong with what you have got mate .... Iv'e been using Go Pro Hero 3 blacks for nearly 10 years now & still going strong , as probably ... No .. Undoubtedly the best cameras they ever produced for long lasting quality 100 % ... these new ones are cool for sure but only designed to last a few years !! ... I have another You Tube channel just called Gerald Muir which i started when KZbin just came on to the internet & have been enjoying all sorts of Filming & Editing since .... @@fishhunttotheendoftheearth4515 I know what you mean, I find myself more often saying old lady stuff like "ahh, they don't make 'em like they used to!". @@CatherineSayce You never know.. It was only because I think I remember it being in Australia, but if it was then that was long time ago and I wouldn't know if it had changed. I was thinking that for whatever the ecological reasons for Australia banning it, that there was a good chance it could be a shared issue for New Zealand as well, and in some case possibly more so. And NZ have always seemed to be more forward and evolved than Aus when it comes to issues like that. Was just wondering thats all.
