Cool video! You will get more value from Cybernetic Horizon if you send Cyber Dragon Herz from hand/deck. You`ll be able to double search. Also you can run 2 King of the Swamp and 1 Polymerization so you can summon Cyberdark End Dragon turn 1 with Cybernetic Horizon. You can also search Chimera with horizon so if you have sent Cyber dragon Herz you will have enough material to fusion Cyber Eternity Dragon with protection from destruction or target effects.

chances are most of all you said will be reprinted in the structure. it's gonna be centered around the fusion so they're gonna later the deck with stuff like herz, core, powerbond, etc.

It did but cyber end can attack 1 with no equip, once with 1 equip and 2 with 2 equip
