HOW TO CREATE A MAIL MERGE FOR EMAIL // Send multiple customized invoices simultaneously using Word, Excel and Outlook (MS Office 365). Learn to automate your invoices by creating an invoice template in Word, using an Excel data source with mail merge fields, and then Outlook as your email client so that you can send customized invoices to multiple clients at once using Email mail merge functionality. You do need to have an email client such as MS Outlook for this to work.

Hi Sharon, I run a firm of accountants in the UK. I want to use your method to send 88 monthly invoices to my clients. It looks just what I need. However, may I ask if the invoices sent this way will be received in Word format? If so, won’t the recipients be able to amend them? That would be a problem. I want the invoices to be unalterable. Dear Microsoft : it’s very rare that each consignnee nowdays has only one single row of item to communicate with , sadly despite multiple searches in youtube and other resources how to pivot / Merge all supplier’s data in one email instead of multiple ones , it seems that this feature does not exist , in addition to that how often in business we send an Email to one recipient without any CC or whatsoever , i don’t want to send 100 Email to a supplier for their 100 overdue Invoices and do it again to another recipient within the same supplier.

Did you solve this yet? Sometimes, I copy data from Excel into Word. For me, far easier to edit I would search and replace the line feed character with paragraph.
