I never experienced this until as of recently I feel it the most with my heavy set in the right arm.

Dominant bicep will almost 90% of the time be the one that gets overworked. It's also the one most likely to tear.

thank you boss, i left the gym today thinking that i dont wanna injure my arm but it turns out i was probably doing a large bench that im not used to too early. Ill stay on a lower weight till im stronger. Thanks.

In think part of it is because some benchers have a bicep weakness like me lol.
