Sharp GF- 9191 Motor

Disassembled motor in order to get it to run faster. Motor was initially seized up. Bearings were lubricated with machine oil sparingly at both ends. Governor speed screws were advanced--this was trial and error. One turn was way too much--the frequency counter showed over 3400 Hz, whereas it should have been around 3000 Hz.
Notes:
1. Directly underneath the motor pulley was a plastic washer. This flew off with the pulley when the 2 spoons were used.
2. The round back cover with the slot for the wires was put into place evenly by hand, pushed on--making sure it was even, then the whole motor was put on the table with the round cover facing down. Then I pushed down on the whole motor and the cover snapped into place.
3. The motor pulley was glued back on with hot glue. This had to be done quickly.
4. Speed was brought back down to 3040 Hz before I stopped. Slightly too fast, but every time you take the motor apart, you run the risk of damaging something.
