not nice, you're removing the contrast just created not very good, so the result looks like ... even when getting halos, the image source is shit and the shaarpening way to high, and shouldn't be used. It's like trying to make gold out of sh*t. Hope you know already that it isn't working... even with a fancy actions panel.

Hi there. The low res image was chosen specifically for that exact reason, to magnify the artifacts for the tutorial so new comers who may not be as experienced can easily identify the halo even after compression on youtube. The goal was simply to show the technique to remove halo, and not how to sharpen... that is the next video, coming soon.
