2005 or 2006 I was ice fishing Castle lake across from Mt. Shasta . 4 feet of snow I was in a Chevy 4 wd with duramax diesel. The road up to the lake is no joke even though it’s paved. I’m always apprehensive of the drive up . Halfway up I see a VW bus changing tires on way up …. Then another . Then another …. What in the world is going on …. Get to the lot at the summit a great big group of busses and cookouts going what a group of great adventurous spirited souls ! I tell this story all the time of this run of this group. You guys are absolutely Nuts !!!! Never Change !!!!
