When you put the bolt head back on, make sure that the ejector is on the correct side. I saw a guy at the shooting range who had put it back the wrong way and it wouldn't eject the spent casing. I happened to have a 1/4 inch allen wrench in my car, so he was able to fix it on the spot and avoid a wasted trip to the range.

On this video it was assembled incorrect: ejector being placed facing inside the receiver VS the correct position, when it faces towards ejection port.

My bolt nut didn't break loose that easey. The hole the allen wrench was in has rounded off and the nut is still holding tight. It still has to come off so whats my next step?
