Inspiring and there is a refreshing freshness. Shauna in a way is one of my first Mindfulness teacher thanks to the 8 week MBSR course.

Admiration and respect for her title Professor. This is a very good video but not effective if this video is uploaded to such a spot that it only gather so low viewer hits. I think Shauna should check and learn why some people video can gather so many viewer hits. It is about putting at the right spot where goggle and youtube can display or recommend them.
