I stood next to Kathi McDonald for 20 years. After hearing and singing with her night after night she had what none of these singers have. She was missing a layer of skin, which meant that she felt everything a little too much. Hard to live life that way, but boy or boy sure set her up to be one hell of a singer. Total abandonment when she sang.
