I strongly beleive that Scotland is one of the most beautifull countries in Europe. My wife and me made an amazing 15 days road trip in 2019. Edinburgh was the start point and then Falkland-St Andrews-Dundee-Danottar castle-Aberdeen-Crovie-Portsoy-Elgin-Inverness-Fort Augustus-Dornie- Portree- Dunvegan and then Ardvasar-Malaig-Arisaig-Fort William-Castle Stalker-Connel-Callander- Sterling-Blackness Castle- Edinburgh. Amazing scenery everyhere. As soon as we get rid of covid-19, I hope we explore northern Scotland. Thanks for all these amazing videos. Greetings from Athens-Greece!!!!!

I love the Highlands in the fall. My husband and I used to take a trip every fall. We went to Carrbridge. We stayed at the hotel across from the bridge. We had a lovely dinner with a Caleigh. It was lovely back then. We also went to Balachulish. It was beautiful across from a large lake or loch. It has been almost 20 yeas but such a beautiful place back then with lots of history behind the road trip. It was always nice to get back home to Kilwinning. Love that the islands are still as beautiful.

Scotland has many hundreds of neolithic and bronze age stone circles and related sites. As you know, there are some seriously impressive stone circles such as the Ring of Brodgar, Stenness, and Callanish. There's another impressive cairn-circle site near Clava Cairns called Corrimony. The winner for the most sites, especially stone circles is Aberdeenshire. The best sites there are probably Image Wood, Berrybrae, Loanhead of Daviot, Balquhain, Old Keig, Sunhoney, and Cullerlie. Near Edinburgh is the famous Cairnpapple Hill.

I'm from a small town in Pennsylvania, USA. It's beautiful, and very much a relaxing feel in the Highlands of Scotland! Interestingly, somewhat similar to where I live. Only less lakes, only rivers, creeks & streams. More chipmunks, deer, bears, and such. (Plus, more car traffic in my area, which isn't ideal to me.)

Thanks for watching - as for why people left, worth remembering we live in privileged and relatively prosperous times. Back in the day when people emigrated from Scotland, it was a miserable place for many, with a lot of poverty, crowding, disease and a lack of opportunities. Good video but I am disappointed that you support NFTs. Considering they cause damage to the environment like the very one you are exploring now.
@shaunvlog3 жыл бұрын
This is absolutely not true. They - just like light switches, television monitors and - indeed - the screen you are watching this video on - require electricity to generate. Electricity in many countries is produced sustainably. The technology is becoming more efficient by the day, and there will be a time in the very near future in which you won’t be able to do any big contracts - house purchases, car purchases, basically everything - without some kind of blockchain NFT contract. It is the future and if you don’t get on board, you’ll be disappointed with an awful lot of people.
