I do not have the knack. But story telling can be very powerful and can even sway legal decisions. And I don't mean that in a romanticized way, but more in a ties to the ancestors way.

Great review. A good order of grits is a lot like a cheesy polenta. It's warm and fills the soul, except ours usually come with more butter.

I used to be a tour guide at Boone Hall plantation. At that time the tour was just the plantation house. I didn't even know they had slave cabins on the property. This was almost 50 years ago

I needed this video. Just to hear someone else describe the sensation I had on Thursday. A 10 minute episode of Palpitations. Was unbelievably scary. Hope you’re doing well.

As you traveled through Georgia, i wish you could have visited Jackson GA. Home of "fresh air" the finest Barbecue in the south! Would have loved to have hosted you in your travels. Real shame one of our scottish brothers did not get to experience our southern BBQ.

Chic-fi-let cooks everything in peanut oil, which gives it an extra flavor boost. Also they use real chicken cuts, breasts. Not pressed cuts of processed chicken like cheap places. It is quality fast food. They have excellent service and great shakes too. Cars are lined up every time they open.

Rumour has it that that’s not the actual site . Not much has been found there. 3 miles away, your digging in the wrong place.

I have lived in Charleston for about 50 years and i cant recomend it. Oh, pretty architecture, the beach, whatever. Nope, its boring. Way behind the redt of the country. Hot as hell in the summer. Food is ok but bad for your health. Just check out all the huge fat people in the grocery stores and Walmart. Air pollution that i never realized we had i saw when driving back from out of state. It looked like a big grey bowl over the whole area. At least after a big rain you can see blue sky. I read in the paper that a lot of people are moving here. At least 100 a day. Traffic is getting bad, bumper to bumper for hours. Crack heads, meth heads. I have been wanting to leave the area for a while. Its a nice place to visit, but not to live.

Why do Brits tasting American dishes need to throw them all together? Shaun is not the only one that does this. Each dish has its own flavor profile, and is seasoned for enjoying on its own. What is this British penchant for turning it all into dog dinners?
@susanfarley13322 күн бұрын
I might be weird but I prefer brown gravy with my country fried steak. With sauteed mushrooms on the side. And I definitely prefer fresh made country fried steak. The frozen pre- made country fried steak a lot of times tastes like the way dogfood smells.

Chick-fil-a also has the BEST customer service of ANY American fast food chain, bar none. And KFC only wishes they ever had chicken that good. The nuggets, the waffle fries, the best fresh lemonade, and I can never change up my order because that is near perfection to me. 😊

9:58 The most widely used word coined from baseball that people use globally is being a “Fan” of something. Shortened from fanatic, (also not used in this meaning before) it was first printed in 1885 by an Omaha Nebraska newspaper to highlight the enthusiasm of team supporters. (Websters dictionary says 1885, Oxford dictionary says 1890)

Why the gender segregation in the beginning? Was Mrs. Brown as the only one who knew anything about the game removed for comedic effect or were they just having girl time together? It's so funny to watch Laurence seeming awkward on other peoples' shows when he's not calling the cuts. I think that Tarah is so good for him and I love their interactions. I'm hoping to find more vids with the four of you together. I'd watch that if it was an ongoing thing

Here in the South we don’t eat breakfast until we get full. We eat until we get tired 😅. Real southern Biscuits will (as the old folks say) make you stuffed as a tick 😂😂😂. A good basket of biscuits with any fresh breakfast meat is a match made in heaven

Done mix it all together! It is made to eat separately so you get the distinctive flavor of each food. If you had been expected to mix it all together they would have served it to you in a bowl, like a cassarole!

Alabama has beautiful sugar sand beaches. Our beaches are some of the most beautiful in America. I’ve been to Key Wesr twice-my first and last time. I hated the drive from Miami to Key West, however, we enjoyed the sites and deep sea fishing. I made a note to myself, “NEVER DRIVE TO KEY WEST”’ again and I have kept that vow since 1975.
