How dependent is business when it comes to seasons? I wanted to start a shaved-ice business in southern california but I wasnt sure how much the sales change when the weather isnt +80 F

Thanks so much for all your content. I've heard a lot about how the quality of the ice influences how the shave ice tastes. Do you have any advice/comments on the best quality water to use to make good quality ice for good quality shave ice? :)
