You did it right, Kovu. I did it wrong. I was in my early thirties, lived in Rome at the time and had my head shaved, completely shaved down to the skin, in July. In Rome! As soon as I walked outside, I realized my scalp skin was not used to be directly exposed to the rays of the Sun (and they are scorching in Rome in the Summer), so I had to buy a cap and wear it all Summer long to protect my skin from burning. You did it right, the right time of the year, the right part of Europe, and you kept some of your hair. It looks good, too.

I was so shocked when I saw this, because I did the EXACT same thing like a week ago. I started testosterone just a couple of months ago and then I just got this feeling of, wow I actually feel good enough and I just shaved all my hair of the same day. I resonated with almost everything you said, it really is a weird coincidence. And you are looking really good Kovu! It fits you really well.

I’m glad you’re doing better :). I feel like I’m sort of the same. I love cutting hair and don’t hesitate to do it. When I cut my hair about two weeks ago, it was almost therapeutic compared to other people stressing about cutting an inch off. I went from long hair to short in two hours. I don’t think you’re cheesy at all. I think you’re honest and have a good mindset. You look great! Keep being you.

I've done that before too lol 😁👍 Just make sure you put sunscreen on your forehead! I got a WICKED sunburn on my forehead when I first shaved off my hair!! Blistered up and painful, left scars even, so either a hat or sunscreen! I always tell my friends that hair is a replenishable art medium (hair always grows back...well, kind of... I started to lose my hair around my usual balding areas!) I love your new look! 🥰 I love starting over sometimes with a new hair style/cut. You never know what you want unless you try it! I also LOVE how soft and healthy my hair felt when I shaved it off! I hope you have fun with your new experiences in your new country, I'm envious of your move! Thank you for sharing, that was a definite change, and I actually like that it makes you look more "refined" 🙂 Love your dog BTW 🐕
