Not gon lie bro! The bald look look pretty fresh on you bruh🤷🏾‍♂️ lol I had my locs for 5 years as well. I had to let them go a few months ago because the top/front of my hair started to thin out. After i got my haircut into a brush cut I could see how bad the thinning really was. Luckily that spot is growing in but the hair is still relatively thin in that area so i just been feeling optimistic. Your videos have helped a lot with that! Sending positives on your journey! P. Just try going bald one time. Have some hats around too just in case your not to comfortable after. But to be honest the first time I shaved my head I had an ultimate confidence boost

I rocked a lot of bald heads learning how to cut my hair lol. Don't sleep on the look fellas, got some numbers off the Jordan cut. Nothing like a scalp massage from your lady after a shave.

The kids being disappointed in the hair change never changes 😂😂😂 Also that skin bald is exactly the opposite of how you mentioned you can still feel your follicles. Only know this from my pops also having alopecia (but refusing to commit with the Dermatologist to see results)

Always Wash your hair/beard 1st in the sink and then shave it dry. It’s the cleanest shave you can get. I went from Locs to shave clean bald as well. I love it!! I No longer worry about hair maintenance, barbershops or using hair grease & hair products. It feels like a Real Freedom. And I seem to have a lot of Non-Black Woman Looking & flirting with Me now. It’s strange but cool. Everytime I shave I feel like a brand New Man!! Welcome to the BaldHead club Brotha!! Also when you shave your head if your Over age 40 all the gray hairs are gone so you may look younger & cleaner 🫡

I got one for $20 with 5 circular heads, it works, but i follow it up with one of the Remington 3 head shaver for a closer cut. If you use the Remington on longer hair it may give razor bumps due to pulling the hair. The Remington is the longer type not like the one seen in this vid.

If you want to get that "smooth" bald feel, you really have to use a razor, and even then it often requires going against the grain. But having Curly hair, I wouldn't recommend it. You risk a lot of painful in-grown hairs as it grows back especially around the back of your neck where your skin flexes a lot. Sticking with the electric will help avoid most of that irritation. Its just like shaving your face, its never going to be as smooth as you can get with a conventional razor, but also never as irritated.

I still have my locs . 6 years they reach the middle of my torso now. Honestly i probably would've cut them long ago if i didnt have hightop locs. Nothing like a fresh cut especially in the summer. Having said that I sometimes imagine if my entire head was shaved. I had long hair in the past for about 3 years and after i cut it off, i drove from the barber like ace Ventura with my head out the window. The mere feeling of the wind against my scalp was therapeutic.

Been bald for 12 years. Nowadays i shave every 3 days. This was definitely worth the investment. Not super close like a razor but it's damn near close. I still use a razor but that's to get it closer & it only takes a minute & then i'm done. Using this product only takes me 5 minutes now to shave my head Used to be 15-20 mintues. Major difference. Best used with wet shave. Btw the bald head looks good on you.

Gotta prep that skin before shave and after exfoliate ur skin before shave ….after the shave use witch hazel and I use products made by bump stopper haven’t bumped up yet been bald for 5 years use skull shaver during the week to maintain shave with safety razor on weekends

Wash and exfoliate your head before shave use a quality shave cream then after the shave rinse ur head with cold water then I use bump stopper cream and dare to be bald head lotion which has tea tree oil in it

I've read reviews on side effects but not experiencing any myself. Is there is reason you're not using topical minoxidol? Anyone here in the community used to/using minoxidol? What's y'alls experience?

I was prescribed oral 1/2 tablets initially. I did have some success with topical but that was only with my beard before my hair loss. The dr did say I could use topical alternatively but I’m so shook from the side effects I don’t even want to risk incremental damage.
