You're amazing for creating super fun and simple/cozy games like Living for plants and this for free. We really need more good VR game development out there desperately. Like webfishing or club penguin or even skyrim style but simplified. I love cozy little games with cosmetics and collecting and enjoying things, not too grindy but also not too easy a really refreshing pace. Games that are maybe free but with little payments you can do here and there for extra cool stuff maybe, but not too heavy with it where theres some premium or subscription bs and everyone suddenly feels like its a competition to have the best stuff, or feel left out if they cant afford it. I love the concept and can't wait to see more amazing stuff!

Ideas for the Wicker Devil: The 1st is to make the shotgun really rusty and prone to jamming or replace it with a rusty, semi inaccurate bolt action rifle to make using the gun increadibly risky to incentive using measures other than fighting. The 2nd idea connecting to my last is to make it so there's a mechanic to lure the wicker devil around and away from your current location, like turning off the lights in the house and using a remote device to turn on the watch tower lights to make it think your in the watch tower instead of the cabin. The 3rd idea is to make it so if the wicker devil enters your cabin, you can run out of your cabin and hide somewhere else to lure it back out of the cabin. And the 4th and final idea is to make it so that places have ambient temperatures that change depending on if a window or door is open, like making the cabin cold if you leave a door or window open and having you have to use the furnace to make the cabin warmer, with rooms each having their own temp, with heat having to travel between rooms (sorry for the word spaghetti, tl;dr the mechanics are gun jamming/rusty/unreliable gun, luring the wicker devil to places your not at, leaving if the wicker devil enters your cabin, and heat dynamics for locations indoor locations and rooms).

Hey Shawcat! I’ve got a game idea I think you’d enjoy. It’s called Gun Shop Guardian where you run a gun shop, and customers come in to buy guns. You have to check if they’re a criminal by comparing their face to a list of wanted criminals on the wall. If they’re a criminal, you lock down the shop and call the cops! If they’re a regular customer, you modify or design their gun based on their request. But here’s the catch: you have to do it all super fast because the customers have a time limit! I think it could be a fun, fast-paced challenge for you to make. What do you think? Feel free to tweak it!

I haven’t even watched the video yet, but I know my comment is well spent glazing that immaculate intro. Edit: it would be awesome if there were essentially boss customers, (Karens). Failure to make their drink in time gives you the chance to defeat the manager in hand-to-hand combat. This entertainment would make the customers forget about their drinks temporarily, giving you a second chance. Once the manager has been defeated, anymore failures to make a Karen’s drink in time lead to a game over. Presumably the dissatisfied Karen would threaten to leave a bad review on Yelp and you die on the spot at such an egregious proclamation.

if there were game modes that would actually make it be peak (not that it’s not already), like hard mode were there are more “imposters” or smth. or a co-op mod (multiplayer is a stinker to make) and like a horror mode, if you serve the imposter it turns into a physiological horror like you hear noises behind you, or the wanted poster subtly changes into and eldritch monster. or like the boba has an eye in it. it would be very funny but incredibly messed up if you made it so the person has no idea if it’s the horror mode or not, so there is like a 5-10 percent chance to put you in a horror scenario, idk if you are going to keep working on this so just take this with a grain of salt lmao edit: rereading it right now and holy that is a lot of yap
