I've been listening to this song in several reaction videos as I was watching my forearm: goose bumps invarably appear in my skin. Many other songs performed by this Legend have the same effect: "She's a lady", "To make a big man cry", "The young New Mexican puppeteer"... The Tiger of Wales is irrepeatable. The best male singer ever. Elvis Presley admired him. When one watches these videos in black and white nostalgia floods one's soul. A time when many of us were kids and genuine music used to rule, with lots of beautiful songs around and great young singers at their prime performing them.

OMG Shirley D!!!! I believe you and I could be related through Tom. I was exactly the same way growing up with Tom on the brain! When it was This Is Tom Jones show night I'd cry awful if my mother gave my brother tv time during Tom's show. That was a heartbreak that was unbearable. I was only 8 or 9 years old at that time. All I knew was that I wanted my Tom. Oh the memories! There will never be another Sir Tom Jones!!!!! Oh, by the way, my crush on him is still going strong and I love it like that.

Saw Tom Jones in 1969 at the Greek theater in Los Angeles… 2 1/2 hours of the greatest music from one of the greatest vocalist I’ve ever heard either on recording or in person! Every song was like the first song he started off with, but just got better and better and he mesmerized 15,000 people! Tom Jones is my fav singer that ever lived. My parents seen him the week they were married in 1967 and I became a massive fan and seen him twice myself in the 90's and 2000's and he was incredible. He has it all the voice, the looks the showmanship. The sexiest male vocalist that ever lived. This is my favorite song of his. Tom is singing he is never gonna fall in love again while every woman in the world is falling in love with him!! The man is pure class love him. 80 years old and he has still got it.
