I have an appt to get my hair trimmed or cut friday I can't wait because I've been dragging the process out but I realized my hair is breaking off & doesn't grow the same length on both sides of my hair or rather one side of my hair grows length wise & the other side grows width wise which is frustrating lol. But I definitely have to take better care of my hair & love your tips

heyy!! I will be trying the inversion method with my scalp massager and I will also start putting black castor oil on my ends after the shower! GREAT idea to seal the ends with a heavy oil !

I am going to check out Au Rebelle products band Alaffia products based on your suggestions. Thank you for providing a link. In 2016 I started spraying my hair with water before starting my morning routine. By the time I am ready to do my hair I use oil on my hands to take down my twists. I have noticed hair growth using this method. I like argan oil, coconut oil and jojoba oil. I used to swear by grapeseed oil but that was 2015. I may go back to using grapeseed as a sealing oil now I know the difference.

Hey Shawnta, I have a question i have very curly it about 3B/4C hair I love the way my curly look when they are wet and want to were heir out like that as if it was a style but because my hair is so thick with a lot shrinkage it just goes back into a puff!!! (this also happens when i use gel i can never find a gel that works for me so i just have stopped using them) is there any ''vegan'' products you can suggest to achieve the style that that im looking for.. also any help with the gel as well? thanks for any help ShawntasWay

+Elizabeth harris naturally your hair is going to shrink when dried..that's just natural hair but you can tame your puff with a twist out..at night twist your hair then sleep with a scarf on and in the morning you'll have a really smooth look with a defined "curl" ..with this style it will only puff when you pick it out

michelle lovett Try the Shea Moisture line. Also Jamaican Black Castor Oil & Coconut Oil. You may have to go thru a few products to see which products your hair likes/loves.
