@@averynelson1186 I find it odd that you're using humanity as a way of justifying the actions of a mouse. You're already trapping them with the intention of killing. If they kill each other, then that's on them. It's not like they're starving or hurting for space. It's not a question of survival either because they're screwed either way. This is one of those pseudo philosophical questions. If a bear farts in the woods, then does it matter to a whale?

Raccoons are a native species. The mice arent.They are the offspring of people's pets that were bought at a pet store, and let loose in the wild. They didn't realize they would multiply worse than rabbits and become an invasive destructive species. Look what has happened to Florida with iguanas, boas, and exotic fish. In Florida, any invasive species caught is against the law to release it back in the wild.
@Eisenwulf6664 жыл бұрын
@@ricovali9245 yeah, it's sad to dispose of animals especially when they are cute, but one must think of the damage they will do in the long run. By not killing invasive species you're in a way killing native species(or starving them,forcing them to relocate and so on)

I would make a couple of small modifications, 1) tilt the horizontal part at a mild downward angle towards the bucket to make it harder to go backwards if they "change their mind" 2) make the end of the horizontal part turn as well together with the cartwheel. Maybe a bucket that is narrower at the top than it is at the bottom so that it negates any chance for them to climb or jump out of the bucket.
