I love Obie as a strongman and a person but there are lightyears between him and Shaw when it comes to strength, drive and will to win. Shaw is a Beast

I can't even imagine how many calories they burn during a training session like this

It's not as high as you think...

High altitude, heavy ass weight, explosive movements, and huge body mass. I’m guessing a shit ton.

A reg. workout for a normal person is 500-800 calories burned. My guess is they burn about 3000-5000. I could be wrong, but I think that's about accurate.
@lolslols89773 жыл бұрын
@@mohsin7702 it’s much higher than you think with them being 6’7-6’8 and 300+ pounds of lean body mass.
@Kamorok013 жыл бұрын
not that much... lol Looking over everything itll be about 300-500 calories in total for the whole training we saw. Moving the jeep probably burned the most calories. They’re training their muscles not burning calories here. Cardio burns wayyyyyy more calories than any weight lifting workout

Obie needs to train with Brian more. That competitiveness is a great training tool. Plus Brian has things Obie can't get at his local gym.
