The public didn’t accept Whitney for who she really was (Nippy). They preferred her to be like the character she created. One thing about me, I LOVE Whitney E. Nippy Houston! I didn’t have to meet her to know or love her. Her personality, her realness speaks for itself. Even if she didn’t sing and make music history I would still love her, she reminds me of a family member. As far as why Whitney put Pat in that position, I think it’s because at a certain point she didn’t really have anyone anymore and she needed to have someone in that position. I believe the Being Bobby Brown reality show was suppose to show Whitney and Bobby as a normal couple doing normal things, unfortunately it highlighted the dysfunction in their family. The last episode I saw of the show, Gary was at the Dr’s office and they said he had cancer and that it moved to his right kidney or something crazy like that!! I hope he’s doing better.
