Now if you Wana get into some deep stuff with her band Nightwish there's a song by them that is a roller coaster of emotions. Goes from face peeling metal and them drums you love to soft and Floor singing like an angel and making everyone hold their breath. Look up "Poet and the pendulum live at wembley" but before you watch it go to google and type in "story behind Nightwish song poet and the pendulum" and take a few minutes to read it so you understand the pain in that song. I speak for every Nightwish fan when I tell you if you go and read about that song before you react we will love it a lot more because we will know you have a better understanding of the pain we witnessed going on in the band when the old lead singer left the band over 10 years ago. It's a long song but it's worth every moment. In my opinion it's more than a song it's an experience and a lil insight into Tuomas and how he killed himself in the song to keep from hurting himself in real life. It's deep stuff. @@darealadogg DRA the guy she had cryin ?thats his song she was singing ! he wrote it about his parents divorce, you these Dutch singers get together on this show and sing each others songs back to the original artist but reinterpreted.like when Floor sings Winner for Tim Akkerman who wrote it about his brother who has Spina-Bifida a crippling disorder,they also sing songs that have meaning to an artist as well,Floor opened the show with a classical piece Vilja Lied to Henk Poort something his mother would sing to him as a child.

She's singing Ruben Annink's own song, that was written about his parents divorce. It's gem of a song, sung beautifully. Floor's next victim / honored.. on the couch is Tim Akkerman. She sings a rip roaring version of his song 'winner' (a song about the strength of his disabled brother ). The show has a wonderful format, but won't ever get any better than when Floor took it by storm.

only 2 of the other singers knew who Floor was but none have heard her sing like this,needless to say after the show concluded (1 week) Floor's popularity skyrocketed in Holland and thus so did Nightwish as well everywhere.

It's about his parents' divorce. The show has such a great concept. It's not a competition. It's just a group of singers who sing for each other. Just go to her KZbin channel and unpack some more of the presents she left there in the last year because live concerts with Nightwish were cancelled and home isolation due to the Covid situation. There are more mindblowing covers, chats with her idols and other singers, vocal masterclasses and personal messages. Her 'Fan Friday' videos are hilarious and the reaction video she did on herself performing 'Ghost Love Score' at the Wacken Open Air Festival 2013 is also a must see. This song was for the weekly featured young guy on the couch and was about his parents divorce which is still a fresh pain in their family. If you saw the longer videos they cover the background of each song before she sings. It makes it more impactful. :) Please react to que se siente next on beste zangers.
