Irresponsible parents can really mess up children’s lives. This young lady has done well despite that. All the best to her. I hope her parents dont come back in old age to be a burden.

There is no other reason except that God wants her to be a saviour for many. Her wanting to be a social worker is not by chance but by God choosing her. But before she is given that that special role, she needed to go through "training". She's definitely one of HIS many chosen servants to serve humanity. How i wish i can meet her and have a cup of coffee and talk abt life and societal issues.

What a life they have gone through. Masyallah.............by the way, saya berdoa agar kehidupan kalian adik beradik semakin akrab, saling membantu, saling menyayangi.

Many from my generation stopped taking allowance when we start poly. We work part time (e.g. give tuition, customer service) and pay our way thru to uni. Just to share a bit on the finance of older generation. Still, must say I felt sorry about all the family problems the girl went thru. May she stays strong.

I decided to divorce my ex after my Mum died. I wanted to do it a long time ago but my Mother wouldn't let me! when she died after 23yrs of abuse I literally changed the locks of my home and kicked him out, as soon as I kicked him out social services were involved, and I had to fight tooth and nail to keep my children. There were many times that I nearly lost the house that I was living in. Not only that I didn't have enough money to live on. I was unskilled due to the abuse that I went through I was never allowed to work or go to college, so it was really hard to get on my feet, now 10yrs on I thank God that I am not only happy but my children grown up and are able to look after themselves.

Don’t give horrible advices like respect your mother even if she walks away from your life forever . What if this girls had no brothers and she ended up being molested or worse ? Why are Muslims so anxious that the parents should still be respected whatever they do ? It seems they want to keep the power in their hands and also get ready made slaves . Islamically the parents committed a sin and there is no need to respect and take care of sinners . These were not mistakes these were sins . Anyways I am an exmuslim and I will make sure that I teach my children to respect only when you are respected in return. Stop misguiding people . Even animals go through pregnancy and give birth to a litter it’s not just humans who have children

I know how it feels. My father walked away from my sister and I while we were young. We never wanted his money or material things. All we wanted was him to be there for us. Sometimes we are dealt the hand we are dealt and we have no control over it. Doesn't mean we still can't make good in life. I am proud to say that here I am today with a small family of my own & being able to shower my child with life's simple pleasures. It's truly a blessing. We never know what life has in store for us. All we can do is keep going.

God that me how to do this for my family and I have raised 4 grandkids my daughter had mental issues and her husband and her divorced and forgot them they are 16/18/19/21 they were raised on prayer and hope and I taught them to forgive and love there parents and I never said a unkind word about them whatever they think of them is there thoughts. Til this day they cannot rely on them.but Allah is whom we all rely on.they have turned out to be 4 wonderful humans.I pray they all become Muslims.
