Nawww .... its a habit not mistake. Even if she made a mistake it was because the sex she had with her ex was recent and called out the wrong name. She had a habit of calling his name. I can see the current lover say "What's My Name" and she called her Ex name .... because it was habit not mistake ... she lied to him that she haven't seen her Ex during their relationship.
