In my opinion there is looking, glancing and staring. The first two are human nature automatic. The staring is voluntary bc you make a conscious decision to remain focused. My husband had the problem and grinning whenever he is confronted with a woman. I told him what I would do and he ignored my warning and got pimped slapped in public. I no longer have this problem.
