Ya California livin. I live in close to a million dollar home, but you'd be lucky to get 150k from it anywhere else and its not going to sell anytime soon. No one wants the California life unless your taking in a 7 figure salary. You'd also live like a king in just about most other states mind you a few places, but generally speaking... So ya 20k ain't shit when living free in a multi million dollar home in CA. Shows she has no one who likes her because I'd take it and just as quickly move back east again around PA or Maryland, she probably only knows California and would be damned elsewhere, seen her type. You CAN take off all the doors in a house, not illegal. You can turn off the power and water, that’s fine. You probably can’t take her food out of the kitchen exceeding $500. If you put all her stuff out NICELY in trash bags or put in in a uhaul, it’s not a crime. But after you’d have to change the locks on her and idk if your legally allowed to lock her out of her “residence”. But don’t throw it all in a dumpster while y’all are in litigation, you should have done all this BEFORE you went to court the first time and now you’re FORCED to comply with the court’s rules… and you’ll NEVER get back pay from a renter…. $20k is for your lawyer now and he wants more.

@Yallgaybruhh waited for them to leave. Changed the locks and called the cops for a burglary in progress. She was listed on a lease that eviction followed thru. Once I handed the cops the paperwork, she left. She tried to come back 2 days later and we pressed charges. Easy peasy. The rest we just changed the locks when they left and signed a lease with a bounty hunter who legally lived there for our purposes. Meaning when the cops showed up, they had nothing, our friend had a signed lease. If your paperwork is on, literally change the locks. 1 of ours was in california as well. Yes the squatters have rights. But an active lease and occupancy always reigns. And a 6'6" 350 pound bounty hunter always helps ;)

WTF!), you use your hands 🙌 to apply that pressure and claim self defense after, get the restraining order so she can’t be on your properties….
