For me (in the UK) flatties are the best fish I've tasted. Those flounder you get there are way more aggressive than ours. V cool catch!

Always liked that minnow live well you and Brad have, but my daughter bought me a flop box last year. Aerator lasted 36 hours on a charge and it fits into side of box so no tubes. Might want to check it out

Sorry for 2nd comment, but have you tried putting the fillet in tinfoil w some butter and lemon juice, salt and pepper and thin sliced lemon on top? wrap it up and bake in oven for about 15 minutes

I'm still laughing my butt off. That is a good average size flounder for Galveston Texas. If you want to see big flounder you need to fish Galveston during flounder season and get one of those 25 or 26 inch Texas door mats.lol
