My favorite thing about Collected Miscellanies is not that they tell us how a character is played but when Dain starts dropping little lore crumbs...particularly when he, as you mentioned, compares himself to whoever he's talking about. Look, we only get Dain quests once a year, I'll take what I can get. :)

black sun, red moon, eclipse, moons in general are very important for the lore, pay more attention to them 👀 there is a certain book in Liyue that tells a story about the moons you should check it out

I actually cut out a portion of this video where I talked about the moon more. I only did that though since it was nothing new that I haven't already said in previous videos. When I actually stumble upon something else, I'm sure I'll bring it up. :)

There's a book that was released recently in Fontaine called "Perinheri". I haven't read it yet personally, but I hear it talks about the Crimson Moon dynasty, which I assume Arlecchino is a descendant of.

FYI : non-human spear characters have a unique charge attack animations while the human ones lunch forward with their spear

I love how Arlecchino takes a mechanic that's strictly been a debuff before this, and turning it into a buff for her. It's always neat to have a character that uses this sort of thing to their advantage, and it's fitting for her, especially considering what enemy inflicts Bond of Life. I want her so bad... she's so cool, and I want to learn more of her lore firsthand instead of just watching a video of someone else's analysis! I hadn't been this interested before, but I guess this update (and drawing her in the past) has made her seem a lot cooler to me.

For the record, Bond of Life was actually a mechanic before Arlecchino was released. It's a debuff that certaing specific enemies (Fatui ones in particular) can inflict on your characters, which prevents you from receiving any healing until you've "over-healed" the Bond of Life. This is why Arlecchino can't be healed by any source except her Burst, if she could then it would constantly drain her Bond of Life, thus weakening her attacks.

there's still no dainsleif quest since fontaine update, but maybe in somewhere 4.7 or 4.8 patch maybe dain will coming and meet "father" ? goshhh i really cant wait for dainsleif quest hoyo !! and i thought the same, her curse maybe somewhat gave her innate pyro ability ? and her vision frame is from sneznaya maybe its the real vision and give her double pyro i guess, that why she's so fu*kin HOT !!!! . i got her and her scythe weapon, and the weapon basically spear but for her it turn to scythe while attacking, and i love her gameplay so much. she's more heavily normal attack with bond of life mechanic. which is to be simplified healing debt. bond of life actually not buff but its debuff for us so we cant heal unless u paid the healing the same amount of bond of life applied. and it will cleared so we can get healing again. but for "father" this debuff become a buff for her to increase her normal attack damage further with pyro infusion as well. i already reach 58k crit dmg with 1 swing and that still not buffed from bennet. i saw someone do more than 100k 1 swing damage with bennet buff. shes so broken but also risky character because of bond of life mechanic . anyway thanks roschi and shine on you

Great vid! It’d be cool to see you react to her gameplay in the trial domain in game as you have with some other characters. I’m officially biased as I have been blessed with her C6 R1 and am now using her as my main!
