@@Quthology Actually. it was Arlecchino's sword that stabbed her, but she herself made the choice to run into the sword and let it stab her. As you can tell by when she said "I'm sorry, and thank you" with a smile. I assume since she was Arlecchino's friend, she roughly knew that Arlecchino had the power to stop "Mother" and put an end to all the suffering that was planned to make a "King". The "Mother's" name is Crucabena a Gallic equivalent of the Welsh enchantress Ceridwen 2:55 pretty sure she offed herself the shot is kind of a common way to depict that in anime and manga without fully showing it, and we dont see her hands so she is likely holding the sword hilt. Peruere is Arlecchino's real name prior to joining the Harbinger. Clervie is Crucabena's biological child. "Father” is a contrast to her “mother” who was caring and sweet on the outside but psychotic in reality. arle is strict and unfeeling but in reality seems to love and care for her children in her own way.

She uses a new mechanic which gives her more options, she can run with healers since she her bond of life isnt affected by them if im not wrong, and she can deal damage with all 3 parts of her kit and has better mobility and is just better overall without needing C1. Hutao is better in certain senarios but if ur talking about pure dps then arlecchino wins. Also not sure why you’d only pull for OP or META units in genshin impact of all games but do you ig

@@JayDamaso78 So.....the same as hutao? Use a shielder with her and you dont gotta worry since she can heal herself with her ult I think. She works like hutao but her mechanic of bond of life makes her more survivable and sustainable dps rather than hutao who needs specific combos and has to be at low HP. Hutao can use charged attack buffers better and I think higher burst damage per hit but Arlecchino does more damage when considering her new set that's being released. You can put the burning set on hutao if you want but then it'll be burning hutao and you'd need a shielder to compensate for how burning spreads. TLDR: If you want a more comfortable hutao with a worse dodge and higher dps then go for it. Because thats how I understood her kit.

@Fuphu Her bond of life makes her less survivable. She heals herself for maybe half her health only at the end of a rotation. And if you use a shielder your damage goes down even more.

Either way it seems like you just wanna affirm to yourself that you dont need arle. which you dont, if you dont like the character just dont get em its that easy you dont have to justify it to yourself.
