Today we are hopping onto Starfell Valley and completing the 100% exploration. I am loving my gaming experience on my alt account. I'm never returning to my main account anytime soon. I still need to complete the entirety of Mondstadst before focusing on Liyue, but before that. Dragonspine is calling my name. Once I've 100% the rest of Mondstadst, those snowy mountains are my next stop.

At the beginning when you asked why your render distance is so bad, it's because that's how Hoyo are 'optimising' the game for Natlan. They are actively making the game look worse to increase performance by a very small amount. I have nothing against reducing render distance for performance but they should at least give us an option to raise it back up for things like chests. Also why do chests go out of render so close to the player when seelies can be seen from different countries? it makes no sense.

Gosh, they making me play Hard Mode with these render distances. Still, I an so excited for Natlan and the future nations. Its amazing how I can still play with no hindrace with all of these nations released. P.S lol not sure why we can see Seelies from far away.

And now you can realize that the regions aren't truly 100% as you continue to find more chests :)

Indeed. The game truly is forgiving. I found like 5 extra chests while at 100% xD

@@Hanluy_ yeah I think it's something like an extra 15 to 25% worth of chests and puzzles. I use the interactive map to full-clear each new region as they come out - and typically the in-game map will say 100% well before I've finished the interactive one. Chenyu Vale for example is the last one I'm on and it says it's cleared in-game but the interactive map still has 1/4th of its pins still 😆 I think it's done like this to not discourage more casual players, and give them a sense of "accomplishment"

Wow, I never thought it'd be THAT much in extra percentages. I'm honestly glad they have a forgiving 100% criteria because at that point, it would mean that you've explored the region enough and didn't brush it off. I would imagine the pain you had to go through for all the nations, including Enkanomiya and the Chasm!!!

That’s why I’m farming Reputation so can craft anemo treasure compass. Coz my mondstat is like 96% 97% 98% I’m not going to look for every chest now.

& heres me with 98% on 2 places in liyue & that 1 desert bit of sumeru, having gotten 100% at the chasm im doing no more. only place that was enjoyable to 100% was fontaine

i know not doing so adds to the challenge, but in the past 2 years i have never had to feel the weight of the burden of incomplete maps after consistently using the online interactive map. not only do i never miss chests /oculi etc now, but i also save time knowing which ones i’ve gotten and which ones i haven’t yet. which also equates to more primogems!!! it may be easier for mondstadt and liyue, but i HIGHLY *HIGHLY* encourage you to just use it from now on like a tracker. the old vanarana area in sumeru is literally impossible to 100% unless you’re aware of specific hidden areas which can’t even be seen. by the way you will have more incentive to use this thanks to the fomo primo rewards (that last for 2 versions only) for reaching exploration 80% in all the new upcoming regions from now on. save yourself time and stress!!
