When you reacted to ‘Still the one’, I told you about being at the airport to meet up with my brother in California to bury our mom. A woman asked if I was okay and I mumbled my mom died and she gave me the best hug I’ve ever had and prayed in my ear and it was Shania. Shania was indeed in full bloom of love. Her marriage and career success were reaching their apex. She was very much in love with husband / producer and it shows in the power of her voice, which makes it all the worse when it all came crashing down on her. But the song reminds us all of both how beautiful love truly is when two people invest in its glorious union. And how fragile it is to keep when not taken care of. We all should indeed have a moment like this when we glow like the sun. It is a goal worth achieving.

I have seen this woman live. She is amazing I live in uk and she was so good. I loved this song so much I even walked down aisle to it as I married my childhood sweetheart and crush at school. She had a breakdown, and thought of suicide. They had a son who she adored. In her book, she told that if it wasn't for her son she may have ended her life. She grew up in Alaska, dirt poor. When her parents were killed in an auto accident, the child services wanted to separate the children. I believe she was 18 at that time. She told them NO very strongly. She raised 4 siblings alone. Katrina Winfrey You absolutely have to listen to The Woman In Me! Beautiful song and video! She lost her music voice when she found out that her husband was cheating on her with her best friend. Long story short, Lionel Richie helped her get it back! Since then, she has remarried, however, she is dealing with Lupas! She will be in Vegas in either September or December for about a month of shows! She has also written new music since we last heard her! Hoping she does a great show. I would love to see one!
