@@JorgenKreedz It's a good question. Are they dangerous? Let's say they aren't (just for the sake of this discussion). He is well aware the police are going to come and speak to him. I would if I was the police. It's a reasonable thing to do. The conversation could be "Hi. Can you please make sure you come no further (or whatever)." He says "Sure" and they walk away. Why does he have his kids in the car? Was this a random thing that happened on his way somewhere? Is he trying to use this as a teachable moment? I think the latter is unlikely though it may be possible. It'd be interesting. He also lied. They didn't threaten to cause him serious harm. They said nothing about his wife and kids. The kids will be 'taken thousands of miles away' is just bizarre. None of your States are even close to being that big (you have puny little States ;) Texas is puny. Try Western Australia - joke). I think the 'rights' auditing is a morally justifiable activity. It's something I think the USA can be justifiably proud that it zealously guards some of these rights. I'm just not certain that his actions in the presence of his own children are reasonable. Given the likelihood of conflict with the police (I'm not justifying it at all. It shouldn't happen at all) he's creating a circumstance in which he is placing the children in an emotionally stressful and challenging situation and THAT is not okay. The rest (him watching, recording police etc) is fine. As I said, yours is a good question. It should be asked more often so the focus is on those who are doing what they ought not rather than those exposing it.

Wait, the cops came over and, as you say, found the guy to be an over-the-top hostile agitator who believes everything they do is persecution. That doesn't necessarily add up to the conclusion that he's "not a threat of any kind." The officers and the sergeant felt he posed enough of a threat that the sergeant stayed with him until the traffic stop was over. In this case, there was an outstanding arrest warrant on the driver, so they're dealing with an elevated level of difficulty and risk. Seeing really attractive female cops makes me think of what tends to happen on Discord servers when there are really attractive or cute women as moderators. There are two phenomenon that will usually play out. First, the anti-social men that like to cause chaos will thirst over their attention. A lot of these guys have no regular means of talking to a girl like this in a situation where she is compelled to keep the conversation going and invested in what they are saying. They will use her obligation as an enforcer of laws/rules to keep her engaged as long as possible by causing small disruptions without going too far; if they go too far, they either get arrested or banned and the fun is over. The other thing that happens is that pretty much everyone will think that the only reason she has her power is her looks and they will inherently not respect her. How people manifest this belief in reality differs; some will be overly nice in the hopes she's just an idiot that can't resist someone that compliments and praises her; some will be openly hostile about it and tell her exactly what they think (usually drunk/high) and some will just wait until later to talk behind her back. Either way, they don't respect her and treat her like people suspected of being affirmative action or clout hires. I actually don't think this specific guy is causing all this mayhem just to increase the amount of time he spends interacting with the female officer, it seems he is passionate about this issue and this is pretty much what he is about. Having her there must have been a bonus tho... unless he is gay or asexual, which are pretty fair possibilities.

Amazing. At night with my wife and four kids in the car, I'm going to approach a traffic stop and engage with the police thousands of miles from home he says, and start demanding personal information about the subject involved with the police. On the law enforcement side there is the letter of the law and the spirit of the law. On the civilian side, the Constitution protects your right to be a fool, or an ass.

Yeah and the point of auditors is that cops seem to think its okay to threaten to throw people in jail, actually throw them in jail, and commit violence, over the things the constitution is supposed to be protecting people from. The fact that you accept it's a risk at all to do with the kids should speak volumes but instead you'll be condescending. Crab fishermen have more dangerous work than cops, the gunplay "im always in danger" personality shit is statistically, nonsense.

He's well within his right to do so thank god the founding fathers were asshole, fought against the British, were a pain in their ass and questioned everything they did. What a glorious country we live in! I don't care if he's being an ass he's allowed to be one as long as he isn't breaking any laws. Why don't you shine those boots some more.

That SGT was definitely professional. I like good cops like him.👍

He was and deserved his grade. Those other two cop clowns were just being bullies and trying to shove their weight around.

I honestly wish more people like him joined the police. Maybe we wouldn't have so many bad interactions to watch then

He openly said he was there to protect his officers not the public...which indicates to me that the call made to him indicated that the two subordinates stated they were being "threatened" in some way....bottom line...all those cops LIED...also their "pre emptive" call to their superior before initiating ANY contact just goes to show how inept and incapable those two rent a cops really are

While the sergeant's demeanor was professional, he was definitely lacking in logic and in hs understanding of the law.

i was watching another one of your videos the other day where you explain that officers have full authority to control traffic stops, including directing non-participants away yet here you make it a case of the officers obstructing his right to record

Mr Seam isn't entire off base. The threat if arrest was unlawful, was it not? For what crime would they have arrested him for? Since the arrest would have been unlawful then isn't true that Mr Seam would have been within his rights to resist arrest and use equal and proportional force in his resistance? Now, objectively speaking, what level of force do the police believe they are authorized to use to effect an arrest? Would they not pull their guns? Would they not use physical force and even lethal force to enforce their arrest? If Mr Seams used equal and proportional force then would his life not be taken? I get that this argument seems extreme but there are far too many examples to rely on. We know exactly how far the police would escalate the conflict. I don't think Mr Seams claim was over stated or exaggerated. He's explaining the logical extent to which the Police would use force to get their way.

Just found this channel today, have probably watched 20 videos at this point. It’s much appreciated, thank you.
