For the vision if we look at Neuvillete's story about vision we see that as a dragon sovereign he can have some authority in granting one. Whilst for the archon, Celestia got a hand and it happens unconsciously from Neuvillete story line it is hinted he can chose to give vision. Not to mention Furina has dragon fangs on her vision. I wish I see more interaction between them in future events because they give off father daughter energy

Thats so interesting, it's becoming more and more evident, the true/natural rulers of Teyvat are the original elemental sovereigns, and no matter what Celestia tries is just a imitation at best. even though they usurped powers from the sovereigns ( Like turning oceanids to humans)

In Neuvillette charcter story "vision" it mentions that since the archon is dead Neuvillette is now the one who hands out the hydro visions So he gave furina the vision -- you can even tell it apart from other fonatine visions because it has the sharp like designs around the vision distinguishing it from vions handed out by focalor it's been confirmed that the archons hand the visions unknowingly as to who they are giving it to (rather than it being Celestia)

No. The archons doesn't give them out. First zhongli the eldest has said so and even if they did it subconsciously they would still need a connection to someone. Second the archons the visions respond to an emotion/will of a character and the archons doesn't have all seeing

It's better to understand rather than have someone explain it But aside from that Neuvillette does not respond to celestia He hands out visions using part of his power because he wants to not as a responsibility So how he handles it is slightly different from how the archons do

Celestia being the one giving away visions theory has not been making sense for so long now, just so you know. According to Neuvillette's story about visions as well as the frame design of the Vision of Furina, it suggests that since obtaining his full dragonhood, neuvillette has authority to give out visions, and the first person he has given it is Furina.

It's always been a mystery how visions were truly distributed, but I think Neuvillette being able to directly give it to whoever he chooses is a hint that even though Celestia might have usurped and stolen the original sovereign's powers, they still did not have total command of the power to do whatever they pleased with it. It was just borrowed power.

But tbf, at least for the time being, it is hard to gauge how much power and authority Celestia actually has since they are inactive for a long time and still missing in action despite majority of the gnosis getting gathered into one place and the hydro archon's seat literally being removed.

While Furina had to follow through with the act to make the plan work, she could at least still use her position as Archon to order her soliders and whatnot to assist Poisson. Even Arlecchino asked her whether she had any emergency plans, which Furina didn't. It's like sailing a boat without bringing along an emergency float. But at the same time, Poisson as a location is a deathtrap with so few exits that I wonder why would anyone living in a nation with a long history of flooding would live there. At the end, everyone involved shares the blame.

Dawg Furina has been so busy with investigating countless clues and key informations of the prophecy, the possibility of when it’ll reach the shorelines and such. The role she’s been given to by focalors for 500 yrs, 500 fucking years and never once has she stopped caring and searching all over teyvat for the prophecy, she’s done too much for just her “role” to act as a hydro archon, she wouldn’t have gathered that much information in the first place if she just maintained just the hydro archon role, she could’ve chosen to stop and just act without having to do her researches for 500 yrs, but she did, it wasn’t even her assignment to do so but she did it anyway because she is an Angel. You’re asking too much of Furina when her hands are being overwhelmingly occupied by series of events and vast informations already, it is normal for her to outlook or not be able to predict that rising waters would affect poisson because she already has too much to absorb.

Also correct if I am wrong but I do think she even sent people to monitor poisson at Lesestoff she said when we saw her life play out. So we really don’t how much she may have helped without anyone knowing or in how far she actually could have helped.

I find it funny that everyone thinks paimon is just the odd one in this CQ. But although she sometimes feels out of place or outright rude in this quest. In some moments its quite delightful seeing her act sassy just to bring a bit of laughter in the bitter feelings furina is feeling
