I'll be facts. (That sounded better in my head... or out loud, ironically) This is an Indonesian film, and is the only acting role of the titular 'Lady Teminator' Barbara Anne Constable, who was a professional dancer. She only did the film because she thought it would STAY in Indonesia, and was somewhat surprised when it was released state-side. She knows it's not the most flattering of roles! She wasn't shy about the 'nude' scenes (she's clearly wearing white panties) since 4 years earlier she'd been the November Pet of the Month in the Australian Penthouse. Also, she did her own stunts on the film, which backfired somewhat when her ankle was skewered by a large piece of glass, causing production to be shut down for a month while she recovered (on full pay, thankfully) in a military hospital. There's some different versions of the film out there. The US VHS re-release moved some of the action scenes towards the beginning of the film (which memorably baffled the Red Letter Media crew), while the DVD release includes different versions of three scenes, which were included in the relevant releases: - The 100th husband is either a blonde American (US release) or an Asian man (Indonesian) - The snake possessing Tania enters through her vagina (US) or her belly button (Indonesian) - When Tania emerges from the sea, she's naked (US) or wearing a white chiffon gown (Indonesian)

I'm impressed the lady terminator actress wasn't constantly blinking during the gunfire. That's a lot harder to do than most people think. From memory, During the filming of James Bond's Goldeneye, the makers had major problems with Famke Janssen being unable to keep her eyes open during the gun scenes, with many takes being ruined. Meanwhile Izabella Scorupco, playing the meek nerdy Natalya Simonova didn't have any such problems, she was perfectly at home with the gun play scenes.

Roger Moore was also uncomfortable doing scenes with gunplay, and it took a lot of focus and concentration for him to not blink or flinch whenever he had to shoot something. He used to talk about it in interviews all the time.

So there’s a version of this film I remember watching that was an absolute editing nightmare. Scenes from the second half were inserted in the first half randomly and it was just a glorious mess. For example after the opening credits, they just cut to the club shootout then cut to the scene that is supposed to play. I think it was the VHS version if I’m not mistaken. The original title of this gem is "Pembalasan Ratu Pantai Selatan" meaning "Revenge of the Queen of the South Coast." I guess "Lady Terminator" was shorter and a better pick for 1989. It also had a secondary title of "Nasty Hunter"...I think that one fits a lot better! LOVED y'alls reaction...is Erin okay now?
