I saw the opening and had to watch. John is a stand-up guy. Enjoyed seeing John and AJ a few months back at Dave's meetup at Taco House in Patts. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, MEAO! Happy to see everybody had fun and had good food and a birthday cake 🥰 About our Australian burger, difference is that, we add beetroot slices in it, usually no egg at all.. The one you had, made it an add-on to it, like personalized version. And most restaurant in Oz, even in Maccas, we love personalizing our food orders, like adding more bacon, or extra pattie, or with garlic aioli to come with our chips, etc

Beetroot is delicious.. i tend to have in a smoothie.. probably not with a burger... it is a bit sweet...

Be sure to blend the leaves and stems too. It contains sooo many vitamins and minerals. Many people cut it off, but you actually want to keep that in your smoothie or however you like to drink/eat beetroot. I tend to have it in smoothies also. I like it in salads too. Cheers fellow viewer.

So there are about 2000 steps in a mile. you did 18,000 steps that's 9 miles you walked. I don't trust those watches. Also you don't realize when you're driving in the car or walking around the house your steps are adding up and you're not really not getting quality walking Those watches are for work out.
