DOS2 is such a legendary game, espescially the stories beats they hit while still being just mechanically interesting and fun. Always worth revisiting.

Janus is one of the few Roman gods who’s actually an original creation (Also even that is debatable but compared to the rest of the Roman pantheon he’s original). Also he’s a man with two faces on one head so yep, not a robot

Ayyo Mast, have a build for you if you wanna do some high acrobatic memes with Xing Tian. Whipped it out in Slash and it had no right being this good lol Start off with Warrior's Axe and Uncommon Staff. You want that Staff to turn into a Warlock's Staff as your first item. After that, Stone of Gaia/Mail of Renewal, either/or, as they'll give you some more survivability. Sovereignty for even more HP gen + physical defenses. I went Pestilence cus they had a good amount of healing, but assuming they didn't/I wanted to meme more, Talisman of Energy. Around this point I upgraded my Axe to Sundering Axe. And finally, the pièce de résistance, Ethereal Staff, for even higher damage. You are now Pokeman McPokeface. Your passive keeps you nice and healthy, making you yourself hard to poke out, while you yourself deal insane amounts of damage. Bonus points if they have an auto attack heavy character, like a Hunter or like an Arachne or smth, cus your 1's gonna make their basics more potato. And then, Xing being Xing, you have mobility, you have that root, and you have that ult, all of which you can use to jump around like a monkey going after bananas and shred Beads/ults like a warm knife through butter. Can probably see this in the solo lane but honestly, this is a super memey/casual build, try it out and become the Poke.

Mast, what do you think Hi-Rez should do to minimize the snowball meta? The way season 9 started was a real disaster... fun at the beginning but right now it's unplayable. Should they remove a bit of farm from the map? 'Cause I don't think nerfing/buffing items/gods would solve anything. At least they should put some kind of mechanic that would allow you to make a comeback if you play smart. Right now games are decided in the first 10 minutes. If you get snowballed, your only hope is that the enemy team throws the game. Not rare in casuals, I admit, but if you play on higher levels it's just like that. A real bummer.

The context is in the show the two main girls are from the UK and one of them is obsessed with Japanese culture so they went to Japan to live for a while and when explaining the how to pronounce one of the names to the English speakers it sounds like “A-ya-ya” so they took the piss and you saw the rest. Demonic grip kinda sucks. you get a max of 30% reduction, but only after you've already landed 3 autos, and most mage adcs also need to use abilities as part of their damage output because even endgame they still can't reach hunters in auto damage. i've found that it's just nicer to go ob shard or even tahuti on mage adcs for the guarunteed pen.

Demonic grip is typically better for Freya than the other Mage ADCs since her abilities are stims, but on the others I def agree to go ob shard unless trying for as many Nimble stacks as possible

Janus is a Roman god, he has a month named after him (January), he has a building made for him in Rome and he could be found everywhere in pretty much every religious ceremony (particularly at the beginning of ceremonies) and the Greeks didn't even have an equivalent to Janus. I use my mouse for all my abilities :p 1 and 2 are the thumb mouse bottons; and i use the scroll wheel up and down for ult and 3 respectavely :)
