None of these things are mutually exclusive. Independent people can be as promiscuous as they want, there's no disconnect there. As a matter of fact, in the comics, She-Hulk had a reputation for this, so if anything, it's completely accurate to the source material. And unwanted advances from complete strangers sucks regardless of your gender. I think a lot of people who hate this show have a serious Madonna-Whore complex.

Well…. I would argue that Daredevil is STILL a Hero at the end of this Episode. Sure it wasn’t the glamorous Avengers Hero’s Ending. Rather, it was the unspoken of, tragic, ugly, ultimate sacrifice akin to giving your life for the greater good… Daredevil took one for the Team and slept with She-Hulk to try and quell her INSATIABLE appetite for the D so she wouldn’t feel the need to go around devouring other men who offers her a plate of Fries/Chips. But alas! Not even Daredevil could withstand the Might, Awesomeness, Bestest Everness, Yas Queen, and Wahman Poweredness of Jen Walters! 😔 *Daredevil:* The Hero we needed, but NOT the one Marvel THINKS we Deserve… *RIP* 😢

It was this episode that truly opened my eyes to how much I loathe this show. I mean I hated it before, but my hatred truly bloomed the moment Matt Murdock stepped through that courtroom door. His voice was all wrong, as if the actor didn’t want to be there but had to act like he did. Plus Jen caused a lot of damage that probably injured, if not outright killed, several people. Then there’s the matter that her air clap should have killed Daredevil when he slammed against that car. The whole time I was watching this, I was about ready to throw my phone against the wall. I actually had to go outside so that my poor mother could sleep and not listen to me audibly cringing. To quote an old teacher of mine, this show can go play in the road, preferably during rush hour

Can you imagine how good this would be if it was written by top notch writers? She Hulk teaming up with other heroes per episode to save the day while tying each story into either multiple court cases or one big one that links together for a final battle/outcome on the last episode. Instead we get this. Could of been a major case to bring down the mob that had it in for her with various cases like robberies, heists, murders and even include super villains who have been hired by them. Ugh...frustrating!

They hired Jessica Gao who they rejected three times before , over Better Call Saul writers, who they are using instead for Echo (who the fuck asked for that show lol), even though the writers say this show is inspired by Better Call Saul and John Byrne's comic run and Dan Slott's comic run Instead of hiring John Byrne and Dan Slott, they hire female freelance Marvel writer and misandrist Dana Schwartz who is an awful comic book writer. Then they hired Cairo who says "He-Hulk" in interviews and threw her husband in the show as Donnie Blaze, a lame non canon throwaway character. They doomed this show to fail from the start all in the name of feminism

Best part of this episode was Matt pointing out that Jen has the abilities to actually help people .... and she just chooses not to (basically because it'd inconvenience her). And it's great because you can see how bad a person Jen is because the thought never entered her mind. And it's not like she's some grand altruistic lawyer working for the little guy ... nope she's high-priced corporate lawyer working for the 1%. Leapfrog might be a stupid, spoiled rich kid but he was out trying to stop crime. All we've seen Jen do it whine that nobody likes her and now cause hundreds of thousands of dollars in property damage for no reason. They've created a hero show .... and the hero is the worst person in it, kudos.

I honestly liked Matt in this episode, one thing people tend to forget is he’s always had a funny side it’s just been more subtle in the Netflix show, you also had Jessica Jones constantly ripping into him in the Defenders, but after that we go Daredevil season 3 which arguably was the darkest season. It’s kinda like Batman. He’s more dark in his own world but can be put into a more comedic light hearted role in other heroes stories

Didn't this whole thing begin with Jen getting in a car accident and being injured? What if she got brain damage in the crash, and now everything we witness in this show is her seeing reality through a filter of insanity? Maybe the first couple moments of each episode actually take place, but it spirals into delusion designed to protect her ego or something. She-Hulk doesn't actually exist; it's just her expression of inadequacy and envy of her cousin (and everyone else), of her need to feel she fits into this universe where there are people who do heroic and tremendous things, but she's also unimaginative and so all the things she "does" are mundane and cliche and kind of stereotypical. I know, that's NOT what the showrunners are doing, but it's fun to come up with our own explanations.
