I have a suggestion. .just a suggestion now--check with well drillers to see if you can have your own deep water well. If so you need not pay for town water. Free water. I lived in Florida for a while and did get a well driller to put in a water pipe for our new pump. Worth a try?

I liked the office space in the garage area of the schoolhouse. A small table and chairs in there would make a good break area when you are working in the garage and need to sit down. The desk in their is awesome. Also, to complete some of the furniture projects and resale them to go towards the new school funds would be nice.

Jeremy and George, that basement or garage workshop is ideal for woodworking. Reupholstering, staining, painting, furniture repair, and just all kinds of work once its all cleaned up. Buy some wood working machines and then there you go.

Congrats Patience and Christian!! Great video as usual !! I just wanted to comment because I was lucky enough to have many advanced wood carving classes / boat building / cabinet making….that leather apron immediately brought back memories. They can be very valuable to wood carvers etc, that saved me from very bad injury several times. If you use a high powered rotary tool such as a foredom grinder (similar to dentist drill apparatus) they can literally rip your shirt off and wrap up your stomach and internals! We always made sure to wear the leather apron when using many of these tools.

hey the stink is the drains in the sinks run water in the drains the Traps keep the sewer gas from coming up from the sewer it may take a few days to get the smell to clear out after the drain traps have water in them.

That little red handle tool is for making cages & doing fencing to put the round rings to hold the cages and fencing together. As for the button's I have my Mom's & I put them in a clear glass Lamp. Oh I bet that sewing machine goes into that sewing cabinet.
