I just watched a video leading up to this call where the police came out twice that day. The wife tried claiming he beat and rap$d her, cops weren't buying it. He was trying to take the kids to Georgia to visit family and get a break from the looney tune. She seemed very off in the second visit from police. The lawyer’s job is to get her the lightest punishment possible. Unfortunately, much of society still believes that women are all but incapable of violence of this sort. Even when couples are fighting in public (or it’s being live streamed), when the man is physically aggressive, people will drop what they’re doing to intervene, offer protection, and even physically get in the way, even just for intense verbal arguments that haven’t grown physical. When it’s the other way around, and a woman is hitting, kicking, or otherwise physically attacking a man, people are more likely to laugh at the spectacle, if not encourage it. She claimed self defense to play the scared little girl card, and it didn’t work. If she had him locked in the garage and was genuinely afraid for her life, she could’ve fled. She could’ve hidden in the house and shot him if he got loose and tried to lay hands on her. This was all planned ahead of time, and if he wasn’t actively speaking on the phone with dispatch, on a recorded line, she’d have likely gotten away with it. That recording absolutely shows that he wasn’t doing anything to her whatsoever, he was calm, and he was asking someone to come intervene. If he meant her harm, he definitely wouldn’t have made that call.

Not only is she facing civilian murder charges but she can also be charged by the military under the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice). And it can be harsher than civilian justice. When we served we are held accountable under 2 sets of laws. Military AND civilian. A lot of people don't understand the rights you give up and the different set of rules you agree to abide by when you serve. When she's convicted she can also face a courts martial and be sentenced to Ft. Leavenworth to be served consecutively or concurrent. She done fud up, big-time. There are many videos. There was no self defense. The kids clearly ran to Dad, wanted Dad, climbed on Dad, felt comfortable with Dad. She had to get the car seats out of his truck… and she put them in the back of her car…not even in position in her car like she knew what to do. Then she took her little girl outside to him when the little girl wouldn’t stop crying for him WHILE she had him locked out…then she locked him out again and then shot him in the back 4 times and murdered him.
