The challenge in India is finding legitimate farmland for peaceful living. With the country being densely populated, the supply of land is limited, while demand remains high. As a result, acquiring even 1 acre of land seems impossible for those with a middle-class income. This situation is further exacerbated by greed, corruption, and overpopulation. Only a fortunate few, typically those in top corporate management positions with high incomes, can afford to purchase countryside land. 😌

Yah, she is right. But you simply don’t keep any expectations in return to avoid any regrets when you pay, spend on local labor. Out my passion, saved money to startup farm and give employment as a role model. Bought 25acres land a beautiful place. Given 13 families good accommodation, salary, medical, school fees etc with an expectation they will grow better. But in 3 years they deceived me in manay ways, i decided to close the farm, given a decent settlement as per company rules. But they came with local labor leader to demand double. I simply paid to save my reputation and considered its done selflessly

In California my husband ran a successful contracting company while our son was young and I worked at several nonprofits and as an educator. When our son was seven years old we moved to far Northern California where we owned a forty acer alfalfa ranch which we leased out and a seventeen acer over grazed property near town. Over twenty years later we have added a second home to the 17 acre property a small and evolving food forest, vegetable garden and small flock of chickens. We also added two llamas to support our rewilding efforts for the degraded land due to their taste for star thistle, an invasive weed and their synonymous digestive system to native deer which has favored native grass recovery. Everything you mentioned about poor rural communities and developing as much passive income as possible applies here as well. Thank you for sharing your family's story and for all your goals to become a positive influence in your community. All the best to you and your family.

I think the point being made here is not that we are poor. But that we chose to stop earning more and make way for others like you to take up those jobs and earn. Also we chose to spend the money we earned to restore a barren piece of land. Not to buy a penthouse in Mumbai. It's about how much to earn, how to keep consumption low, and spend your wealth on building ecological security.

I also say people from tier 3 or towns dont bring ur parents if u dont have big enough house ..have seen parents get sad as their social life get destryed in cities .. seen some of my relatives who even moved from Delhi to mumbai became so sad
@AlBICIDIАй бұрын
I don't mean to dismiss your point, but if you can afford a house in a well-maintained gated community, your parents can enjoy a great quality of life without being confined to a flat. Unfortunately, villages where I'm from have their challenges. Many villagers are unaware or indifferent to the harm caused by burning garbage and crop residue, and there's no proper garbage disposal system. There's also a lot of jealousy and rivalry, with people going to great lengths to bring others down. If you can afford a large plot of land and build a house like the guest in this video, it's worth considering a move. However, be aware that village politics can be tricky. Politicians, whether in power or not, might cause trouble if you don't support them financially.

@AlBICIDIАй бұрын
@@tattvamasee Agreed. 100%. It's just mindless and insane to spend so much money on such little houses in such pollution-rich environments. If the government can encourage people to de-urbanize and provide good medical facilities in the towns/villages, that'd make India a bit tolerable for folks like me who can't stand pollution even one hour without getting a headache. I've been meaning to leave the country for this very reason (pollution) but I'm too old to get a student visa (I have some career gaps as well, which is a problem for Universities) and I'm too impatient to try for PR visas.

*Excellent analysis, I have never seen an analysis as well structured as yours. Look, I have been investing in Bitcoin ETFs and other dividend income since 2020, I have a total of 734 thousand dollars, with my 83 thousand I am very grateful for all the knowledge and information you have given me.*

And what have you been doing during this time? Trading or maintaining?

Buy and hold is risky because no one knows what the market will be like in the future, so it is better to trade rather than buy and hold, because in the process of buying and holding you can lose everything when the price falls against your expectations.

She is a very supportive wife. Her husband is lucky. 🙏🏽 I cant imagine any wife allowing husband to stay at home if he wants to even when they have the money.
