Very encouraging story. I’m on my second journey right now. The first time I weighed 230 lbs and wore a size 24 in clothes. I lost 67 lbs and wore a size 14. Then I had a stroke. All together I had 5 strokes and a heart aneurism. So I stopped exercising because I felt like I couldn’t breathe. I gained weight of course and I started my second weight lost journey at 309. I’ve been working at my goal of losing 150lbs for 4 months now. No where near there but I’m not stopping.

Brix did it again!!! This interview was 🔥. Whoever said there was no strength in vulnerability lied, clearly! Thank you both for making yourselves vulnerable. What I’ve learned: What holds people back from sharing their story? 3 Things: Fear, Shame, and Judgement When you share your story it dispels shame/ fear and gives power to the person sharing. This creates a shift in the energy surrounding shame/ fear. As a result it empowers others who hear your story. Thus returning their strength to try again. Healing...Salute 💯🙏🏾✊🏾💪🏾
