All these kind of fire stuff seem unrealistic 1) Which bank is giving you 80% loan for land purchase 2) At BTM you managed to clear all loan in 2.5yrs? And most importantly btm was not prime in 2017. Are you serious? 3) To save 10lac in taxes you should have made profit of nothing less than 60lac...which is unlikely in a residential, given litigated property also.

1. Many do give 70-80% of it as loan. It depends on bank policy and land value. 2. not all stages of BTM are prime. Didn't have roads or drainage also in 2017. So yes it wasn't prime property. 3. That's not the right calculation. You are forgetting to account for HUF. Even otherwise it doesn't seem right. 😊 Hope this helps. Cheers 😊

First diners no longer gives that kind of points since the last 3 years or so it was somewhat exaggerated and out of context in current time frame. Infinia gives great reward points and a few more cards do but most of these cards come with caveats like membership via invitation and minimum spends & income thresholds . To be able to travel well , been to 30 plus countries one needs to score good airline deals and research more , spend on travel as priority over other expenses like switching cars , buying expensive gadgets on EMI , eating out frequently etc that add up before you know. This really didn’t have much in for me and seemed too basic but best of luck to both the ladies for a bright future and inspiring the youngsters.

If you notice, she isn't putting it all into F&O. It is diversified and pledged according to risk tolerance. And it isn't blindly invested, she is clearly taking help from experts to manage her funds like she has mentioned.

Not all stages of BTM. In 2017 there wasn't even drainage or roads built yet. Also, a prime location that's already developed and saturated in value might not easily give a 7-8% YOY return. You invest in areas where there is potential for growth. Hope this helps 🙂

not to put more than 5 lakh per bank (specially when high risk banks like small finance), risk against the 1% interest gain is not worth it, PMC bank and many such examples are there

Firstly, PMC is a co-operative bank which is different from a small finance bank. And yes, you can always invest less than 5L in a small finance bank, just split the FDs across multiple banks.
