It’s brave of you to share this, Alyshia, as many have injection phobias. The best thing is to sit down against a wall with your outside arm free, and distract yourself , eg check phone messages , so you are immobile . Don’t look towards the injection, you’ll be surprised how quickly you’ll adapt and improve over time .
