This monster was given $5000 bail after brutally attacking and SA dozens of sex workers in 2001. Nothing ever happened to him until he attacked a ‘respectable precious woman’. He offended whilst on bail and 2 weeks after this bail a woman who had travelled from 6 hours drive away from Melbourne reported to the then, rape squad a man exactly fitting his description had abducted and attacked her. The policeman at the time dismissed her report by saying “and what were you doing there at that time anyway” as if she was a sexworker. He was jailed for a few years after his trial and then committed his crime against Jill as well as several others who managed to escape. His mother tried to warn “high up” police many times about her concerns about her son but they didn’t act on her reports. Australia is so much behind the rest of the world when it comes to profiling and accepting the research on serial Sex offenders. Yes these cops did a good job but you can imagine how scared they were knowing the public would eventually find out how the system had failed the community the past.

😂😂😂no the time of night or early morning is not dangerous we have killings at 11am in broad daylight, 130in the afternoon location and time dont matter only if the person that wants to hurt you is out at those times

This was one of the saddest murder cases and one that has stayed with me. She was such a beautiful and vibrant girl and so happily married to her lovely husband Tom. It fills me with fury that her precious life could be extinguished like that. I used to see Tom a lot in my neighbourhood subsequent to this and he always looked so terribly sad. I regret not going up to him to sympathise on the times that we passed each other but I was always fearful that he may be having a good day and didn't want to upset him. I hope he and her family have gone on to have brighter days ahead. Rest in Eternal Peace Jill 💞

Bayley should not have been allowed out on the street. Whoever his lawyer was definitely came up with a good lie or two to get him off. Perhaps that should be on their resume. It isn't the first time it's happened either and will definitely not be the last.

Globally, especially in the western world the Justice System needs an overall with judges and magistrates to wake up and take note of previous doings before releasing criminals regardless as to whether theyre gnipar/redrumming men or women

This was heartbreaking for us back in Ireland, she was one of ours taken far too soon and it had a massive impact on the female community here. Her beautiful family & her devoted husband are amazing people which shone through in this programme. The detectives & all the members of the police service who worked on this case showed how much it impacted on them and how hard they worked to find Gill and get her and her family justice. RIP Jill x

There should be a channel titled "THE PAROLE CRIMES" Reason: A lot of heinous crimes are committed by criminals on parole, which should have been avoided if not for the shoddy/failed laws
@shirleybezuidenhout27248 ай бұрын
Very interesting thanks for sharing. Once again just goes to show that this type of criminal can never be rehabilitated because he had prior convictions against him. They let him out on parole probably thinking that he has changed, sadly 😢 it was never to be. Poor woman had her life snatched away from her in such a gruesome way. At least justice was done and they found her body. 🙏🙏🙏

What a sick mind you have to say that this was something that was enjoying for you to watch! And what about this was your sister who had met with this sick animal, huh? Would you still manage to enjoy watching this as entertaining? Get checked in a nut factory asap! To me, it sounds like you had wished it was yourself? How much does your head need helping with the empty spaces between your ears with constant draft! Bird brain! A lot of people will pity you too, but they can not help themselves as they are doing you a favour, but you can't possibly be normal!

I admire the family and the police. Although there were reforms made to the parole board due to this, I feel the overall problem to this day is still not being address. HUGE changes need to be made to the law, courts and sentence! Stop allowing repeat offenders chances. Most crimes start small (eg. theft to support a drug habit), but these crimes are continually repeated by the offenders and they get away with the crime, charges are reduce, or short sentence given. Offenders know this and treat it like a joke, they also know to use the poor me card. Fix the LAWS, COURT, PAROLE BOARD, PRISON SYSTEM. Violience (domestic or otherwise) is laughed at. IVO's sadly not strong enough. Sorry the list goes on. It's going to take work and unity of all to fix, so lets approach our politicians who are the onces to start the ball rolling in changing the laws.
