Actually, Colleges DID team up with financial institutions to market credit cards to students. This shouldn’t surprise anyone. Colleges got a cut AND made money by that credit card usage.

4:05 that’s not a thing in va. Renters are completely unprotected. My rent went up from 825 first year to 950 second year and now third year it’s 1276…much higher increases than 3-5% I wish. Moving at the end of my lease term in November. Place is ridiculous to continue raising rent. Already got word they’d raise rent another $200 next year -_- got me twisted.

My issue with college costs is that, today American Universities are literally the most expensive on the planet (just as is, US Healthcare costs). When I went to college, granted in the Fred Flintstone stoneages of early 1990s, my instate tuition at Arizona State was $500/semester for unlimited classes. And meanwhile recently my nephew went Gettysburg College at $80,000/year. To me, this is completely nuts. And while it's easy to blame him, my sister (granted not the brightest bulb) advised he attend there. Today, he's got a useless degree, and over 1/4 million in debt. His life is financially ruined.

People that are unhealthy, over weight, and doing 1:3 the work of others, and still complaining they are overworked…..trust me this is taking a toll on the people pulling the extra weight. Everyone has convinced themselves that they are a hard worker and it simply isn’t true, the average worker of today is half what it was thirty years ago. When people have it too easy many will take advantage, this is happening.
