Thanks for respecting the life of an entrepreneur. Social media got everyone thinking it could happen. Don't start a business thinking about freedom in the first few years. 24-hour shifts are mandatory.

#ServantLeadership ✔️ #DrLakeyshaHallmon #TheVillageRetail #TheVillageMarketATL #PonceCityMarket #NormalizeBlackExcellence 👏👏👏 Servant leadership is a leadership philosophy in which the goal of the leader is to serve. This is different from traditional leadership where the leader's main focus is the thriving of their company or organization. A servant leader shares power, puts the needs of the employees first and helps people develop and perform as highly as possible. Instead of the people working to serve the leader, the leader exists to serve the people.

Praying for the small business owners. Tariffs will hit small entrepreneurs and side hustlers the hardest. With tight budgets and slim margins, they can’t afford the extra costs. Without support, many could lose profits, struggle to compete, or even shut down.

If you listened to the entire video, Forbes asked her the question and she ANSWERED 📚👀. To decipher understand, take your subject and look up the word “verb” and see examples. You should have known this in English classes K-12; secondary 9-12th and College, Associate through Doctoral 📚👀).
