see if you can get one without the the bags and windshield for Jess II. I'm 5'10 and I fit on bobber just fine. Bobber has less of a rear suspension it's slammed to the ground a little bit more than the scout. They do make mid controls for the scout line, and also for height challenged people they make a seat that will move you closer to the tank and bars that come back closer to you.

That's awesome man, I just test rode my first Indian last Friday, then you drop this! I actually rode 2. First was the FTR1200, which I liked, but didn't love, like I'd hoped. Super comfortable though, & just good all around. Second was a Scout, and only my 2nd time riding forward controls. It was a lot of fun, but unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to ride one without mid controls or maybe a different seat. I severely bruised my tailbone 2 years ago when I crashed, and the Scout riding position puts all my weight on my tailbone. After a 25min ride, I was ready to be off. 😏 Great video man, & I just noticed 100K?? Congrats, keep it up!

Cool man. I've wanted a Scout ever since I first sat on one at a dealership. It was low and comfy and felt manageable (plus I like the styling personally). Now I know that other low light bikes exist, but before I had even taken the course, I knew the scout was something I could handle. Before that, all I knew of were giant cruisers or superfast sport bikes. (It's what all my neighbors and family had). The scout was the first bike to catch my attention and tell me that riding was actually possible.
